Hy-Tec is committed to ensuring our drivers and others are free from risks to their safety and health resulting from verbal abuse and threatening, aggressive or violent behaviour.

Our Respectful Deliveries Program intends to:

• promote a respectful, positive and safe workplace behaviour
• prevent harm resulting from unacceptable behaviours, such as verbal abuse and threatening, aggressive or violent behaviour
• ensure appropriate action is taken where such behaviours occur.

Verbal abuse and threatening, aggressive or violent behaviour have the potential for detrimental physical and psychological impacts on workers and others in the workplace.

Hy-Tec has zero tolerance for such behaviours.

We will take appropriate action with customers and stakeholders where our drivers have been found to have been put at risk due to behaviours that are abusive, threatening, aggressive or violent.
